Adding a Signature Outlook Online

Make sure The new Outlook switch is toggles to on 

 

Choose the icon on top right

 

IN the Search field type signature and choose Email Signature

 

 

 

Copy and Paste the attached template into the signature field, and choose Automatically include my signature on new message that I compose 

Hit Save
