Often, printers tend to go offline when the house WiFi passwords are reset.

 

To rectify this issue yourself, here is a quick guide to connecting your HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101dwe to the house WiFi network.

 

 

 

 

  • For this step, please be aware of the following
    • You’ll need to select the “Red” network for managed WiFi networks using Meraki. The password for this network should be provided to you by IT.
    • For unmanaged networks (not using Meraki), you’ll need to select the “mds_wifi” network. The password for this network (unless otherwise specified by IT) is “supercake76” (without quotation marks).
