Adding Signature to Your Email Outlook Desktop

Note: Please use the attached template for font, color and layout

Open Outlook

Select New Email

Select Signature

Pick Signatures...

Click New and enter the name of your signature

Copy and paste the attached signature template
into the edit field and edit the information to match your personal info.
Be sure to keep the same format when doing so.

Select Save

On the right by New messages and Replies/forwards
select your email signature and your signature will
Automatically add to the end of every email.

Hit OK
